Short answers about the credits, checkout, and delivery. This is the documentation until your API credentials arrive by email.
What am I buying?
A prepaid balance of verification or notification email, or of international SMS. You pay for one pack. We add that balance after the payment clears.
When do the credits arrive?
Delivery is electronic, the same day payment clears. We email the balance and the API credentials. Nothing is shipped.
How do I get API keys?
There is no public password login yet. After purchase we email the credentials. If they do not arrive, write to [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID.
Can unused credits be refunded?
Yes. Email [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID. Credits already used to send a message are not refunded. If our system does not accept a send, that credit is not used.
Do you sell WhatsApp or marketing blasts?
No. These packs are for one-time passwords, login alerts, and service notifications you are allowed to send.
Which countries does SMS reach?
The product is international SMS. Whether a destination is open is confirmed when the account is set up. This site does not publish a country count.
Why do the larger email packs cost less per message?
The $49 and $119 packs are the listed rates. Larger packs follow the same prepaid volume curve, so the price per email is lower. They are on this site so you can order them.
